My Journey

My journey in the field of therapy began with a deep passion for understanding the human mind and a commitment to supporting individuals in their quest for a happier, more fulfilling life. I obtained my initial qualification in Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis from The Hypnotherapy Control Board in 2005 and have since accumulated over Fifteen years of experience working in various therapeutic settings.

Approach to Therapy

In my practice, I employ a person-centred approach, recognising that every individual is unique, and their struggles and aspirations are equally unique. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. Through evidence-based therapeutic techniques and compassionate listening, we will work together to uncover BWRT’s tools and insights needed for your personal transformation.

Areas of Expertise

I specialise in Emetophobia, phobias in general, and all aspects of anxiety, low mood or melancholia, Trauma, etc. Over the years, I have successfully assisted many clients in overcoming these challenges, and I am confident in my ability to guide you on your own journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Danny is also on the CNHC’s (The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) register as a Therapist, which is approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA Accredit BACP).
