Feeling stuck

Life can be hard work. And time goes by so fast. You put lots of effort in so far and you’re chugging along on the path you might have worked so hard to get on. For no reason, apparently, all of a sudden you get the ‘there must be more to life that this’ feeling.

It can be scary and unsettling, especially if you have no vision of a different life. Or if you have a vision that seems unrealistic – a fantasy that entertains you, nothing more serious than that.

BWRT can make a plausible possible fantasy a realistic goal.
